It’s been quite a ride the past several months. I’ve been busy shaking up the energy of every part of my life. My website is slowly starting to reflect this and I want to thank you all for continuing on this journey with me.
One night during a moment of complete dismay over what to do with my business I had the brain storm of creating Inspire Me Friday as a video interview to change up the energy of my website/blog while I was behind the scenes busily at work making all the shifts I could. I’m going to be honest. I needed the inspiration dammit. I needed the fuel to pump me up and get me moving through a great amount of shifts. I figured that is something that I need, I may as well create it for my friends and followers as well.

Today’s Inspire Me Friday video is an interview with Lois Olson of The Sparrow Stand. Lois is a gorgeous soul who pulled inspiration from her back to back injuries this past year and created an online photography program in which the sole purpose is to bring back the beauty of everyday life. Lois stresses that the most beautiful moments in life aren’t perfect. She has such a fantastic delivery of her heart felt program that she literally had me misty eyed right before the video. I am so excited that she agreed to be a part of my Inspire Friday series and I am equally excited to share her with you.
